The initial custom home design procees includes a one-on-one discussion with you about your wants and needs in a custom home. I gather info from you, including but not limited to, lot configuration, lot location, sizes and types of rooms you need, special areas important to you, budget, square foot limitations, magazine and photo clippings, architectural style preferences and anything else you want me to consider in the design of your custom home. There is no limit to what can be done through custom home design. I look forward to hearing from you. Lets get started!

I take all the information gathered and design a custom home plan that fits your dream. Thats what it is all about, making your dream a reality! I upload to you a full floor plan and an electronic 3D model of your home showing views inside and out in full 3D walk-thru format. You know what your custom home design will look like before you build.

You make revisions to note any likes and dislikes about the design. I work with you until you are fully pleased. I upload to you up to three different plan revisions at no additional charge. There is no limit to the amount of change within each revision. Additional revisions will be charged the hourly rate for drafting. No change is too small or large. Each revision comes with fully updated 3D views. I want you fully satisfied.

When you are completely satisfied with the outcome of your custom home design then I commence on the construction drawing phase. I complete all the sections, details, elevations, specifications, etc. that are required by building departments and builders.

If your locallity requires an engineer's seal, simply bring the completed plans to a local engineer who then reviews and stamps my plans.
