Payment Options

A 50% deposit is charged before the start of any project based on the estimated
finished sq ft of the house at the rate of $0.65 per sq ft.
There are three payment options at Customized Home Plans

1> By phone > call with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover info

We do not store ANY credit card information. Each transaction is done once on a
secure gateway server. We do not even have access to the records.  

2> By PayPal > click on a payment button sent in an email directly to you.

You enter your payment info into PayPal's secure payment center. PayPal will except
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, eCheck, and PayPal payments

3> By Mail > send a check written out to Customized Home Plans to:
