Q: What Does it Cost?
A: All custom plans will be charged $0.65 per sq ft living (heated) space. No surprises.
Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: It usually takes anywhere from three to four weeks from preliminary design through
finished blueprints. Shorter times may be arranged if you are on a tight schedule. We
are flexible.
Q: What resources do I provide to get started?
A: Anything that you have will work: clippings, photos, sketches, ideas etc... You will
submit these files by email, fax, mail, or phone consultation.

A: Everything that is required for the construction of your home is included. This
includes floor plans, all four elevations, electrical, foundations, sections, and details.
